Material description	Basotect® Echo Products Basotect® G+ is an open-cell melamine resin foam with a density of approximately 9 kg/m³, making it exceptionally lightweight and easy to handle. Its light grey colour enhances resistance to soiling, making it ideal for high-traffic areas and industrial applications. The foam offers outstanding sound absorption, particularly in medium and high-frequency ranges, and complies with rigorous fire safety standards such as DIN 4102 B1 and UL 94 V-0. Produced without halogenated hydrocarbons, Basotect® G+ is environmentally friendly, meeting OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification for human-ecological safety and the European RoHS Directive for hazardous substance restrictions. All Echo products are crafted using Basotect® G+ as the standard material. However, for specific project requirements, they can also be manufactured using Basotect® UF+ or Basotect® B. Basotect® UF+ offers enhanced elasticity for more complex designs, while Basotect® B features a pure white colour, providing high light reflectance for decorative acoustic applications.
